I will cooperate with your funeral home, cemetery or venue and their policies.  However, please know that I will not wear a mask during a ceremony at which I preside, nor is it my job to enforce restrictions upon my audiences.

In the current restricted environment, I'm not too picky about audience count.  However, I'm very amenable to services being offered by live Zoom or recorded.

What are your qualifications?

• Genuine ordination (no downloads)
• Two graduate degrees in ministry
• 5000 services on my odometer
• Professional member of the National Speakers Association

Does a service have to be religious?

• Though I approach life and death from a Christian perspective, I happily work with other faiths or no faith.  My focus is on celebrating the life that has been lived.

Why are services so spooky?

• They can be, but I approach services with the mindset that we don't gather because someone died, but because someone lived and they meant something special to us.  That's worth celebrating!

What is your honorarium?

• If you are working with a funeral home, I accept their usual and customary honorarium.
• Families contracting with me directly, I recommend $400.
